Stephanie Kapets, the founder of Evolve Healthcare Strategies, channels her passion for healthcare innovation into successful financial, operational, and clinical outcomes for her clients.

With fifteen years of experience spanning two continents, four countries, and ten US states, Stephanie has deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle and finance, operations and program management, procurement and supply chain, analytics, and systems implementation. Regardless of her scope of work, Stephanie’s greatest strength is her ability to anticipate, understand, communicate, and solve problems.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has previously been employed by Accenture, the U.S. Army’s Regional Health Command Europe, and MUSC Health.
